Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Acceptable Returns:

  • Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (report within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used skincare products (due to UK hygiene regulations).
  • Sale items, gift cards, or personalised orders.
  • Products without original packaging or seals.

How to Return

Contact Us First: Email info@narumibeauti.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we'll email you with further information and our return address which is mentioned below. 

Ship Back: Send the unopened item (s) within 5 days of approval.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval or over 14 days will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Photos/video of the issue.

Packaging and product photos.

Order number.
We'll resolve the issue swiftly via replacement or refund.

Refunds

Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
